Cancellation Policy

Kungfu Acting Star Academy Kungfu Class Cancellation & Reschedule Policy 1. Cancellation Policy Students must notify the academy at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel a class. Missed classes without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. If the academy cancels a class due to unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a credit for a future class or a refund if applicable. Emergency cancellations (due to illness or other valid reasons) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 2. Reschedule Policy Students may request to reschedule a class at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Rescheduled classes must be completed within 30 days of the original class date. The academy reserves the right to limit the number of reschedules per student per month. Group classes cannot be rescheduled for private lessons unless additional fees are paid. 3. Refund Policy No refunds will be issued for missed or canceled classes unless the academy is responsible for the cancellation. Refunds for prepaid tuition will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, subject to academy approval. If a student withdraws from the program, refunds (if applicable) will be prorated based on the remaining classes. 4. Make-Up Classes The academy may offer make-up classes for students who provide advance notice of absence. Make-up classes must be scheduled within 30 days and are subject to instructor availability. No more than two make-up classes per student per month will be allowed. By enrolling in Kungfu Acting Star Academy, students and parents/guardians agree to abide by the cancellation and reschedule policies outlined above.
